Foundation

Founded by Shri Hari Poddar, operations began under the names Aditya Trading Company and Abhishek Exports, focusing on turmeric trading and sourcing from regional markets.

Processing Yard

Leased a 500 sq. ft. yard to begin basic cleaning and primary processing of turmeric.

1973

Brand Introduction

Launched Aditya 501 and Abhishek 5001, introducing proprietary turmeric brands for bulk whole turmeric supply.

1979

Polishing Operations

Expanded capabilities by setting up a leased polishing mill to improve turmeric finishing and quality.

1983

Grinding Facility

Established a 2,000 sq. ft. grinding unit capable of producing 500 kg turmeric powder, marking the start of value-added processing.

1995

Growing with Intention

We scaled without compromising quality, bridging age-old wisdom with consistent processing standards. Every step was measured, ensuring the authentic aroma remained untouched as we expanded to supply regional markets.

Brand Development
